In the 1950’s my father had some of the very first weimaraners introduced in our area. At 12 years of age I shot my first goose and duck with Sandy. The day will forever be etched in my mind. My first grouse, pheasant and woodcock were also shot with Sandy. Other weimaraners came and went and eventually I grew up, got married and life went on.

No dogs for a while. In the 1990’s I started to look for a good weimaraner. I was very disappointed at what was out there. Three years of looking and I finally found a special female; Sage. Then I searched until I found a big male, with big deep body, wide chest, blocked head and the temperament that was pleasing workable; Dusty.

Since then these are the type of weimaraners we raise. Most people are very pleased and surprised when they see the dispositions and build of these dogs. Always eager to be a companion and wanting to hunt. We occasionally have pups available on a limited basis.
